Measure Window Depth
Measure the depth of the window frame. If less than 2.2 inches or an obstruction (lever, crank) is present, we recommend choosing outside mount.
Measure Window Width
Order Width = The Smallest Window Width measured at Top, Middle, and Bottom.
Measure Window Height
Order Height = The Highest Window Height measured at Left, Center, and Right.
Note: Order at the exact opening size with no deductions. We'll deduct 1/8 inch (3.2 mm) during production to ensure proper installation.
Measure Window Width
Order Width = Product Width = Window Width + (5" to 6")
Measure Window Height
Order Height = Product Height = Window Height + (5" to 6")
Note: For better coverage, please add 5-6 inches to the width and height based on your window dimensions.
Carefully mark and confirm the optimal positions for mounting brackets on your window frame or wall. Ensure the positions are level and aligned to guarantee stable installation of your motorized shade.
Securely fasten the mounting brackets to the pre-marked positions using the provided screws. Tighten firmly to ensure the brackets are stable and can support the weight of the motorized shade.
Gently attach the motorized shade to the installed brackets, ensuring it clicks into place securely. Check that the shade is level and moves freely before use.
Roller shades are designed for easy cleaning and minimal upkeep. Here's a quick guide tailored for motorized roller shades:
Use a soft microfiber cloth, a feather duster, or a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment (set to low suction) to gently remove dust from the shade surface. For motorized shades, lower the shade fully and clean in a downward direction to avoid damaging the fabric or motor mechanism.
Gently wipe the affected area with a soft cloth dampened with lukewarm, mild soapy water (use a pH-neutral soap). Avoid oversaturating the fabric as excess moisture can damage the motor components or cause fabric discoloration. Blot (do not rub) the spot to lift dirt, then wipe with a clean, damp cloth to remove soap residue.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals, bleach, abrasive cleaners, or high-pressure water on the shade
• Do not immerse the shade or motor components in water
• Clean the motor housing separately with a dry cloth only
• For stubborn stains, test any cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area first
