Should you find any issues with your Sunelo purchase, kindly reach out to us within 30 days from the shipping date. Please note that Sunelo does not accept returns for refund or exchange of configure-to-order, personalized, or other customized products unless they are defective upon arrival.
The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all original items. Unpackaged items cannot be returned. We advise keeping the original packaging for 14 days after receipt.
You are responsible for covering the return delivery costs. Depending on the return method chosen, you may need to pay for return delivery, or we will pre-pay it and deduct the corresponding cost from your reimbursement.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 24 hours so we can swiftly resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customized products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds will be processed after the returned products have been inspected by the warehouse. We will issue the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial purchase.
